Selenite Charging Bowl

Description

1. Find a calm, safe place: Place your selenite piece on a stable surface in a peaceful area of your home, like a nightstand or altar.
2. Place crystals on the selenite: Arrange your other crystals or jewelry directly on the selenite plate or inside the bowl. For plates, flat stones are easier to place, while bowls are ideal for tumbled stones, small pieces, or jewelry that might roll away.
3. Allow time for cleansing: Leave the crystals on the selenite for at least several hours, or overnight, to allow the selenite’s high-vibration to clear any stagnant.
4. Set an intention (optional): As you place your items on the selenite, you can set a clear intention for what you want the cleansed and recharged crystals to do for you. 

• Self-cleansing and low maintenance: Selenite does not need to be regularly cleansed or charged itself, making it a convenient tool for crystal care.
• Safe for all crystals: Unlike water or salt cleansing methods, selenite is safe for all types of crystals, including delicate or porous stones that could be damaged by moisture.
• Promotes clarity and calm: Beyond just cleansing other stones, placing a selenite charging plate or bowl in a room can promote mental clarity and a peaceful, calm atmosphere. 

• Keep it dry: Selenite is a very soft, water-soluble mineral (a form of gypsum) and should never be placed in or near water, as it can dissolve or disintegrate.
• Handle with care: Due to its low hardness, selenite can be easily scratched or damaged. Handle it gently and keep it in a safe place to prevent chipping.
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure: While brief exposure to sunlight can be used for cleansing, too much direct sun can cause selenite to become brittle.
